Steamed Fish
1.
Prepare the ingredients: one fish, (in Taiwan we eat sea bass, cob is more, it is also suitable for steaming) 1 green onion, 1 coriander, 1 small piece of ginger, 1 red pepper, 2 garlic cloves (not required)
2.
Wash the fish, use kitchen paper to absorb the water on the fish, and lightly cut a few knives on the fish (the fish is a bit thick, so this method is convenient for heating). Cut the green onion into sections, cut the green onion into chopped green onion, and cut the ginger Shredded, red pepper, cut garlic cloves into minced garlic (because there are only two people eating, in order not to waste, only steamed 1 and a half. Go to the scales of those who are not described)
3.
Put the fish in a plate, add green onion and a little ginger, put it in the boiling water, cover the pot, and start steaming on high fire
4.
After 4 minutes, open the lid and add shredded ginger and red pepper. Steam for another 4 minutes, remove the white onion, sprinkle with chopped green onion and coriander (depending on the size of the fish to determine the steaming time, generally the total time for steaming fish is 8 ~15 minutes, the time is too short and the fish will become old)
5.
Make sure there is no water in the pot, put 1 spoon of oil on low heat, put minced garlic (you can put it or not), put 1 spoon of soy sauce and 1/5 spoon of salt to boil and pour on the steamed fish
