Steamed Fish

Clean the viscera of the fresh golden pomfret, beat some flower knives, dry the water, and rub salt on the body and belly of the fish.

Chop scallion, white ginger, garlic and chili.
3.
Spread evenly on the fish.
4.
Bring water to a boil in a wok, put in a steaming rack and fish, cover and steam for 15 minutes.
5.
The steamed fish is drizzled with a little soy sauce.
6.
Sprinkle with green onions.
7.
Sprinkle with hot oil and serve.
