Steamed Fish Cubes with Sauerkraut

Material drawing. I bought half a slice of fish, and the steak was partially steamed, leaving this piece of fish meat.

Add scallion and ginger crushed cooking wine soy sauce to the fish cubes and grab evenly.

Chop the green onion, ginger and garlic for later use.

Pour oil in the wok, add green onion, ginger, garlic and sauerkraut to fry until fragrant.
5.
Place the sauteed sauerkraut on top of the marinated fish.

Steam in the basket for 15 minutes, then add the chopped green onion to the boil.
Tips:
The sauerkraut is salty, so there is no need to add salt to the fish pieces.
You can replace sauerkraut with chopped pepper or other sauce, and it will be delicious when steamed.
