Steamed Fish with Pickled Peppers

Remove the internal organs of the fish, wash, take the middle piece, cut a few knives in the middle, add oil, salt, soy sauce, cooking wine, and marinate for 5 minutes;

Shred the ginger and stuff the ginger on the side of the fish and the top of the fish;

Put green pickled peppers, red pickled peppers, green onion and white, top with a layer of oil and soy sauce;

Tips:
1. The fish must be marinated to taste;
