Steamed Fish with Scallion Oil

Remove the scales, gills, and internal organs of grass carp.

Change the knife at the fish spine and cut to the fish bones. Spread the salt evenly on the fish, you can apply more and less will have a soily smell. Marinate for 10 minutes.

Prepare green onion and ginger slices.
