Steamed Glutinous Rice with Swimming Crab

Soak the glutinous rice 3 hours in advance. Wash the crabs after buying them. After removing the viscera from the crab cover, the crabs are chopped into 4 pieces. Put oil in the pot, heat up, add sliced ginger, diced carrots, and diced mushrooms in sequence, stir-fry evenly, add salt, add drained glutinous rice and stir-fry evenly.

Pour in the soy sauce and stir fry until the glutinous rice is evenly colored.

Add an appropriate amount of water (just do not pass the glutinous rice), cover and simmer over medium heat for 3-5 minutes.

Put the glutinous rice and water into a large plate, place the crab pieces on top, place the crab cover on the top, and place the large plate on the steaming plate.

The steaming box selects the normal steaming mode. When the temperature reaches 100°C, put the whole plate into the lower layer of the steaming box and steam for about 15 minutes.
