Steamed Golden Pomfret

The golden pomfret bought in the market will help you handle the viscera, so just buy it and clean the fish. The cleaned tuna is cut a few times on its back to make it easier to taste. Then put the sliced carrots, ginger slices, and chili on top, put a few slices of ginger and green onions on the belly of the fish, and drizzle with peanut oil, a little salt and soy sauce.

2I ran out of green onions at home, I only added ginger, chili, and carrots to taste. It would be better if there were green onions.
3 If you donโt like sour plum sauce, you can leave it alone. It depends on personal taste. I like to put a few spoons of sour plum sauce when steaming fish. The taste is also very good.
