Steamed Golden Pomfret

First prepare green onion ginger water. Put a little water in a bowl, add chopped green onions and ginger, add a little salt, and knead it with your hands.

Wash the golden pomfret, remove the internal organs, and change it to a cross knife.

Spread the whole body of the golden pomfret with a layer of salt and appropriate amount of white wine. After marinating for 5 minutes, apply the green onion and ginger water to the fish. Remember to put some green onion and ginger in the belly and marinate for another 10 minutes.
