Steamed Golden Pomfret

A fresh golden pomfret, usually the stall owner will help kill it, and you can clean up the internal organs yourself when you come back.

After cleaning, make a few knives on the front and back of the fish body, put the fish on the plate, drip a few drops of rice wine, and evenly coat the front and back sides of the fish with appropriate amount of salt, and marinate for about 5 minutes.

Prepare some shredded ginger and garlic.

Put part of the cut ginger and garlic in the fish belly, and put the rest on the fish noodles.

Boil an appropriate amount of water in a pot. After the water is boiled, put the fish in the pot and steam for about 13 minutes.

After the fish is steamed, heat the pot, add a proper amount of oil and cook to high temperature.

Take out the steamed fish and drizzle with a tablespoon of soy sauce.

Spread the chopped green onions, then drizzle the peanut oil that has been heated to a high temperature.
Tips:
1. The processed fish should be marinated with salt and rice wine for about 5-10 minutes, but not too long, otherwise it will not be fresh.
2. The steamed fish should be eaten while it is hot, it will become fishy when it is cold.
