Steamed Hairy Crabs

Fresh live crabs.

Rinse repeatedly, do not cut the tether (otherwise, live crabs crawl around).
3.
Bring the water in the pot to a boil, put in the washed crabs, cover the lid and steam for 10 to 12 minutes (depending on the size of the crab).
4.
Cut the steamed crabs off the bangles and place them on a plate.
5.
It can be prepared for dipping and eating.
