Steamed Lami Rice

Rinse the rice, add about 350g of water, soak for an hour

Slice the Cantonese sausage. Cut the ginger and garlic.

Add the oil in a wok, add ginger 1 and minced garlic, and the chopped sausage, stir-fry for a while, add salt and soy sauce and stir-fry for a few times.

Put the soaked rice in the grilling net in the middle of Reg QZK28-A01 electric steamer, steam at 110°C for 30 minutes, then take it out

Put the fried sausage shop on the rice noodles that have been steamed for 30 minutes, and then steam for 15 minutes in the oven.

Sprinkle chopped green onion on the steamed steamed rice, then pour in soy sauce and mix evenly.
