Steamed Leek Cake

Wash the leeks with cool dry water, chop them, add sesame oil and stir evenly to prevent water from leaking. Add vegetable oil, chicken essence, thirteen spices, pepper, and salt. Stir well and set aside.

Make up the noodles half an hour in advance, knead it into a dough, roll it into a longer round shape, put the adjusted leeks, beat an egg in a bowl, put half of the beaten egg, and make two steamed buns with one egg.
