Steamed Lo Noodles

All the ingredients are ready, and the potatoes and beans are cut into strips;

Put the raw noodles in a pot and boil and steam for 10 minutes;

Make noodle seasoning water, add water, oil and soy sauce to the pot to boil;

Mix the noodle seasoning water and the steamed noodles together, set aside;

After the oil is heated, add the beans and stir-fry until the color changes;

Add potatoes, soy sauce, pepper, and salt at the same time;

Add boiling water and the ribs soup prepared earlier;

After the potatoes are cooked, mix the fried vegetables, noodles and ribs evenly and put them in the steamer;
9.
After boiling, steam for ten minutes.
Tips:
1. Mixing noodles seasoning water is an essential part, it can make the noodles taste evenly, so as to prevent the steamed noodles from being tasteless in some places;
2. The side dishes selected for the noodles can be replaced, except for the two I added, as well as white, garlic moss, carrots, etc.;
3. Add potatoes when the beans are ready to cook to avoid the potatoes are cooked and the beans are still raw;
4. Try to add braised pork to the noodles as the ribs will affect the taste. (Especially the meatless ribs I made this time, just for waste use)
