Steamed Lobster

1. Ready, lobster cleaned

2. Ginger, onion and garlic ready

3. Chop green onion and garlic, shred ginger and put in a small bowl

4. Put green onion and ginger on the plate, steam on a steamer for 10 minutes

5. Remove from the pot and adjust the dipping sauce (add ginger and garlic with soy sauce, oyster sauce, vinegar, sugar and mix thoroughly)

6. Use scissors to cut open the back, take out the shrimp dipping sauce and eat
