In order to sell all the shrimp to me, the boss actually asked me to change the pot.
Boss: There are 4 catties of lobster, you weigh them all and give you a discount.
Boss: Weigh all 4 catties, and then buy a larger steamer. Now quite a lot of them have changed the cauldron just to eat shrimps.
Me: You pay for the potπŸ˜„"

Steamed Lobster

1. Put the lobster in the sink instead of doing it right away (not too much water).

2. Pulling the tail in the middle of the shrimp pulled the shrimp intestines out.

3. Use a brush to clean it.

4. Pour into the steamer. (The steamer of 26 was just filled with three catties of prawns)

5. Steam on high heat for 15-20 minutes.

6. Shrimp multi-pot and small time should be prolonged appropriately.

7. Pick it into a big bowl.

8. You can peel the shell or use chopsticks. (This way faster)

9. Marinate the garlic and ginger with a little salt, heat the oil and pour it on the garlic and ginger, stir well with appropriate amount of light soy sauce, vinegar, and a little sugar.

10. Delicious.

11. Dip in seasoning and eat.

12. Come on, who is afraid of who 😊
