Steamed Lobster with Garlic Vermicelli

                                Wash the shrimp, soak the vermicelli, cut the shrimp tail; soak the vermicelli.

                                Mix the cooking wine, light soy sauce, salt and garlic into a sauce, pour it on the prawn tails, and put the lobster on the vermicelli.

                                Tips: 
                                Choose fresh Canadian lobster, the prawn meat is delicious and sweet, chewy, and the more chewy, the sweeter. Lobster tongs meat is more chewy.
