Steamed Loofah with Garlic

Loofah peeled

Cut off

Cross cut

Garlic

Add garlic to light soy sauce, add oil and water and stir well

Splash on the loofah

Steam on the pot
8.
Steam for about 10 minutes
9.
Pour the steamed juice into the pot

Add wet starch

Cook on high heat until the juice is collected

And pour it on the loofah
Tips:
See if it’s delicious. Loofah can’t be steamed for too long. If it’s too cold, steam it in a pot for 10 minutes.
