I like this dish of steamed loofah with garlic mash. I found a lot of recipes on the Internet and finally made it.

Steamed Loofah with Garlic

1. Loofah peeled

2. Cut off

3. Cross cut

4. Garlic

5. Add garlic to light soy sauce, add oil and water and stir well

6. Splash on the loofah

7. Steam on the pot

8. Steam for about 10 minutes

9. Pour the steamed juice into the pot

10. Add wet starch

11. Cook on high heat until the juice is collected

12. And pour it on the loofah

Tips:

See if it’s delicious. Loofah can’t be steamed for too long. If it’s too cold, steam it in a pot for 10 minutes.
