Steamed Loofah with Garlic

Peel the loofah and wash. Cut into small pieces, about 3 cm.

One side of the loofah section is marked with Tic Tac Toe, which is convenient for tasting.

Cut the garlic into minced garlic, add edible oil from the pot, add a little sesame oil to saute the minced garlic, and add some salt.

Stir fried garlic separately on top of the loofah, sprinkle with light soy sauce.

Steam it on the pot for about 8-10 minutes before it can be out of the pot.
