Steamed Loofah with Garlic and Scallops

Prepare the materials

The scallops are soaked and softened first

Tear the soaked scallops into shreds, mince green onion and ginger

Loofah, peeled and cut into sections

Add oil to the pot, add scallops and saute until fragrant

Add minced garlic and fry until slightly burnt, then add soy sauce and stir well
