Steamed Loofah with Tofu and Garlic

Make garlic paste.

Chop the tofu into pieces.
3.
Cut the loofah with a knife diagonally.
4.
One spoon of peanut oil, one spoon of salt, two spoons of soy sauce, one spoon of oyster sauce and a little water to make a sauce.
5.
Place the loofah as shown in the picture. Spread tofu, minced garlic, top with sauce, and steam for 10 minutes.
