Steamed Meat Cake with Quail Eggs
1.
Ingredients: pork lean, fatty meat, quail eggs, white pepper, ginger, small rapeseed
2.
Chop lean meat into minced meat, add fat, and chop fat into small particles.
3.
Add the right amount of minced ginger and chop into minced meat.
4.
Put the chopped minced meat into a large bowl, add appropriate amount of pepper and salt.
5.
Add the right amount of cornstarch.
6.
Beat repeatedly in the bowl until the pork is strong.
7.
Put it in a bowl and press it flat with your hands.
8.
Add appropriate amount of cold water with a spoon.
9.
Seal the bowl with tin foil and put it in the steamer. Turn to low heat and steam for 40 minutes. (The original recipe should be simmered for 90 minutes in separate water, because there is no stewing pot, I changed to low heat and steamed for 40 minutes)
10.
After 40 minutes, uncover the lid, put two quail eggs in the middle of the patties, and put two small rapeseeds. Steam it again for five minutes.
11.
The soup is delicious.
