Garlic White Meat

1. Wash pork rump, add star anise, pepper, cooking wine, ginger, green onion knot

2. Add water without meat, add a little salt to a boil over high heat, and cook on medium-low heat until cooked through. Remove and set aside

3. When the meat is cold, thin slices and set aside
