Steamed Middle Wings with Shiitake Mushrooms

1. Ingredients: fresh shiitake mushrooms (washed), medium wings (washed)

2. Place fresh shiitake mushrooms on a cutting board and cut open for later use.

3. Place the middle wings on the chopping board and chop open.

4. Put it in the plate and add the right amount of cooking wine.

5. Add the right amount of soy sauce.

6. Add the right amount of oyster sauce.

7. Add the right amount of salt.

8. Season to mix well and marinate for 3 hours.

9. Next, combine the cut fresh shiitake mushrooms and stir.

10. Then, put it in the steamer.

11. Cover with a lid, boil and steam for 20 minutes, turn off the heat.

12. Open the lid and take it out.
