Steamed Minced Pork with Egg Tofu

Chop red pepper, hot pepper, and shiitake mushrooms separately

Two eggs, add 1 gram of salt, white pepper, and 1 egg in cold water, beat them evenly

Tips:
1. The ratio of eggs to cold boiled water can be adjusted by yourself, the ratio should not exceed 1:1.5;
2. It is best to use lactone tofu, which can keep the egg tofu smooth and tender;
3. Add a little bit of cold water or rice vinegar to the minced meat, stir it well and stir-fry until it is, so as to prevent the meat from sticking together.
