Steamed Noodles

1. A plate of water-fat rice noodles.

2. All the material ends are chopped up.

3. Heat a pot with a little oil to heat up, stir fragrant fish, green onions, shiitake mushrooms, and onions.

4. Add eggs, chopped leeks, and chili powder and continue to stir-fry. Add appropriate amount of chicken powder and salt.

5. After all the ingredients are fried, pour them on top of the noodles. After the water is boiled, steam them in a steamer for 8 minutes.

6. Add a little sesame oil, coriander and oyster sauce and mix well.
