Steamed Noodles
1.
Wash the beans and cut into small pieces. After the pork is cut, get a little powder and stir in the soy sauce to taste
2.
Pour some oil in the pan, first fry the garlic and dried chilies to get a fragrance, then fry the meat, and finally fry the beans, add salt and soy sauce and stir fry
3.
In another pot, boil the water and put the noodles in, then immediately turn off the heat to serve the noodles out
4.
Spread the noodles flat on the dish
5.
Add water, don’t miss the noodles, it’s almost at the place of the dish, cover the pot and steam, turn high heat to low heat (my pot is good for 5 minutes and low heat for about 2.3 minutes)
6.
After the water is boiled dry, add the chopped green onion and stir in the pot (the bowl is too small to stir)
7.
It’s ready to eat. I prefer to eat some noodles and bite some garlic. Isn’t it a heavy taste? Hehe
Tips:
Be careful when boiling the noodles. Don't cook the noodles. Just boil the noodles. Also, if you are not sure when the water dries, you can open the lid and check it out.
