Steamed Noodles with Cowpea

Ingredients: fresh noodles 200g, tenderloin 100g, beans 80g, green onion and ginger. Seasoning: 1 star anise soy sauce 10ml, salt 5g, salad oil 10ml

Put baking paper on the perforated steaming tray, place the noodles flat on it and put it in the steaming box. Adjust the Fangtai steaming box to the normal steaming mode, set 100°C, and steam for 10 minutes.

Wash the green onion and ginger and cut into minced pieces. Wash the meat and slice it. Wash the cowpea and cut into small pieces.

Put the salad oil in the pot, add the green onion and ginger when the oil is hot, add the pork slices and cowpea after sautéing, add seasonings and appropriate amount of water and turn off the heat after the pork slices change color.

Continue to add the steamed noodles, mix well, serve and place in the steaming tray.

The Fangtai steamer is adjusted to the normal steaming mode, set to 100°C, steamed for 10 minutes, take it out, and ready to eat.
