[steamed Nutrition] Steamed Pork Ribs with Tempeh and Pumpkin

Remove seeds and cut pumpkin into small pieces. (I personally like to eat it with the skin steamed, if you don’t like it, you can remove it)

Chop the ribs and wash away the blood with water.

Put the pumpkin cubes and ribs in a large bowl, add the cooking wine and mix well, then add the homemade tempeh sauce, oyster sauce, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, cornstarch, mix well, and then pour in the salad oil.
