Steamed Octopus

Ingredients: octopus (washed and cut open), rice white (peeled, washed and cut open), ginger slices, cinnamon, aniseed

Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in the saucepan, add the sliced octopus, put the ginger slices, and add 2 tablespoons of cooking wine.

Stir fry.

Then, stir in the cut rice whites, stir-fry, put the aniseed and cinnamon.

Then, add 3 tablespoons of light soy sauce.

Add 1 tablespoon of sugar.

Add 1 tablespoon of salt.

Season to bring to a boil.

Finally, cook until the soup is almost ready, and serve.
