Steamed Open Back Shrimp

Main ingredients: chilled shrimp, garlic.

Use scissors to cut off the shrimp whiskers, shrimp claws, and shrimp arrow (a hard thorn on the shrimp head). Use a knife to split the back of the shrimp, starting from under the shrimp head and ending before the shrimp tail.

Remove the black shrimp thread and make it like this.

Heat the pan with cold oil and add two-thirds of the garlic granules. Fry it on a small fire until it turns slightly yellow, and turn off the heat.

1. Cook garlic and raw garlic must be used in the garlic sauce.
