Zucchini Egg Pancakes

Prepare flour, zucchini, eggs, cooked shrimps (chilled shrimps, remove the shrimp thread, sizing with salt, starch, pepper, cooking wine and then fry).

Grate the zucchini into shreds and then chop a few knives. The cooked shrimps are chopped and the egg flour is placed in a container.

Add a little salt and water and stir to make a thick paste.

Grease the pan with oil, scoop a tablespoon of batter into the pan and spread it out with a spatula.

Golden yellow on both sides is fine.
Tips:
It’s okay to leave no shrimps.
