Steamed Oysters with Garlic Vermicelli

Chop the garlic and scallion pepper and set aside.

Boil the vermicelli with boiling water to soften, add a little salt, mix well, and put in a plate.

Spread a little salt on the oysters.

Spread a layer of minced garlic and scallions on top of the oysters.

Add appropriate amount of water to the pot, bring to a boil over high heat, add the vermicelli and oysters, cover and steam for 8-10 minutes.

After steaming, pour in soy sauce and sprinkle with chopped green onions, then pour in hot oil and serve.
