Steamed Pigeon Soup with Ginseng and Red Dates

The pigeons are cleaned.

Boil water in a pot, boil the water and put the pigeons in the water.

Wash red dates and ginseng.

Take a large soup bowl, add the blanched pigeons, and add ginger slices.
