I miss the poached noodles my mother cooked most when I was a child, and I still like to cook it.

Steamed Poached Noodles

1. Tomato cut into small pieces

2. Add a proper amount of oil to the wok, pour in the tomatoes and fry the red oil

3. Pour in the right amount of water and boil

4. To boil water, take the cabbage leaves and wash them for later use

5. Add light soy sauce, chives, sesame oil to the bottom of the bowl and set aside

6. Turn the boiled water off the heat, and add an egg to the side of the pot (so that it will form), and cook for 1 minute

7. Turn to high heat and put in the noodles, fish out the eggs in 2 minutes (I like to eat soft-boiled eggs)

8. When the dried noodles are cooked, throw in the cabbage leaves, turn the pot to turn off the heat, and put it into the prepared soup bowl.

Tips:

Those who do not like to eat soft-boiled eggs can be cooked until fully cooked.
