After dinner every day, I would ask what kind of food the father and mother would like to eat tomorrow? The two men said: I haven't eaten fish for a long time and want to eat it. The next morning I went to the farmer's market to buy vegetables and saw that the pomfret was quite fresh and bought three. Pomfret is one of my favorite sea fishes, and they are delicious.

Steamed Pomfret

1. Ingredients: Pomfret (washed), shredded ginger, green onion

2. Add 3 tablespoons of cooking wine to the washed pomfret.

3. Add 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce.

4. Add 0.5 tablespoon of salt.

5. Add 0.5 scoop of MSG.

6. Then, put the ginger wire.

7. Then, put it in the steamer.

8. Cover and steam for 7-8 minutes.

9. Open the lid and take it out.

10. Finally, put the scallions in, and serve.
