Steamed Pork

1. Slice the pork belly without being too thin.

2. Add salt, pepper powder, chicken sauce, oyster sauce, cooking wine and black bean soy sauce.

3. Mix well and marinate for 1 hour.

4. Add rice noodles.

5. Stir evenly.

6. Peel and slice potatoes.

7. The potato chips are spread on the bottom of the plate.

8. Spread the pork belly.

9. Put the steam in the steamer and turn to low heat to steam for 50 minutes.

Tips:

If you like the color better, you can add half a spoon of dark soy sauce. I use black bean soy sauce to feel the color is okay.
Steamed meat with powdered rice should be steamed in an ordinary pot on a small fire to get the fat out, and it will taste fat but not greasy.
