Steamed Pork
1.
First, fry the rice. There is a packet of steamed meat powder at home, and worry that it is not enough. Then fry the rice in a dry pan and keep stirring until the rice turns white. Add some peppercorns and smell the fragrance. Turn off the fire and cool down.
2.
Cut the pork belly into large slices. Don’t be too thin. Add the light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar and white wine, mix well, cover with plastic wrap, and marinate in the refrigerator overnight.
3.
Add rice noodles to the marinated meat to make sure that each piece of meat is evenly covered with rice noodles (if the rice is too dry, you can add a little water to the rice noodles)
4.
Placing the plate: evenly spread the pork belly into the bottom of the bowl with the skin down
5.
Put the potatoes on top of the sized meat and prepare for steaming
6.
Steam in a pot on cold water for 1 hour. When out of the pot, turn the plate over and enjoy the deliciousness!
7.

Tips:
1 The meat must be pork belly, fat and lean, marinated in advance to taste
2During the process of frying rice, if you like spicy friends, you can put some dried chili in it and fry it together and mash it to taste better.
3 The speed must be fast when turning the bowl, otherwise the soup may flow out
