Steamed Pork
1.
Prepare all materials
2.
Stir and marinate the pork belly with light soy sauce and ginger
3.
Add a little salt to the pumpkin and mix well, then pour it into the steamed rice noodles and spread. (You can use sweet potatoes, potatoes, cowpeas, etc. instead, or leave it alone)
4.
Add the marinated pork belly to steamed meat powder
5.
Then mix well
6.
Then spread the meat on top of the pumpkin
7.
Take out the pressure cooker, add an appropriate amount of water to the pot holder and place the steamed steamed rice on it. Press it for 20 minutes
Tips:
Do not open the cap immediately after high-pressure steaming, and wait for the gas to clear before removing the valve cap.
If you don't have a pressure cooker, you can use a steamer, but the steaming time is longer
