Steamed pork with rice flour, one of my favorite cuisines, three-layered meat wrapped in a layer of rice noodles, slightly spicy, especially served with rice.

Ingredients

1. Cut the pork belly, mix with soy sauce, ginger and chicken essence, and let stand for about five minutes

2. Cut the potatoes into pieces

4. Put the potatoes under the steamer, put the meat on the potatoes, boil the water, and steam for about forty minutes. If you like a little bit more cooked, you can steam it more.
