Steamed Pork
1.
Wash the pork belly and cut into thin slices.
2.
Stir the steamed pork powder and pork belly, sprinkle a little water.
3.
Clean the potatoes and cut them to a thickness of about 3 mm.
4.
Arrange the potato slices evenly on a dish, sprinkle with a proper amount of salt, and have a very fresh flavor and chicken essence.
5.
Finally, put the pork belly on top of the potato chips. Put an appropriate amount of cooking wine (homemade cooking wine) on top of the pork belly. If you feel that the steamed meat powder is not salty enough, you can sprinkle an appropriate amount of salt or soy sauce.
6.
Put it in a pot and steam for 30 minutes, and finally add chopped green onion, coriander, garlic and tempeh.
Tips:
Adding tempeh is my personal taste preference, you can leave it out if you don't like it.
