Steamed pork with rice flour is a traditional delicacy in southern China and belongs to Hubei snacks. Steamed vegetables are becoming more and more popular!

Steamed Pork

1. Slice meat, add cooking wine, dark soy sauce, salt, cornstarch and marinate for 10 minutes

2. Pour the steamed meat powder and stir evenly

3. Mix well and marinate for 15 minutes
