Steamed Pork
1.
Wash the pork belly you bought and set aside
2.
Cut the pork belly into slices about half a centimeter thick, just as long as your fingers are.
3.
Combine minced ginger and garlic, bean paste (one spoon), cooking wine (one spoon and a half), dark soy sauce (1/2 spoon), salt (one spoon), stir well, and marinate for about ten minutes
4.
The steamed meat powder in my home is made by myself. I put the rice in a hot pan and fry until it turns into a light yellow color. Turn off the heat, add dried chili and dried Chinese pepper, and stir-fry in the still hot rice, and wait for the rice to cool. Come down, break it with a flour mixer, not too thin,
5.
I personally like sweet potato leaves, wash them and cut them into sections, and pickle them with salt.
6.
Put the marinated sweet potato leaves into steamed meat powder (two spoons) and mix well
7.
Put the marinated pork belly into 150 grams of steamed pork powder and knead evenly
8.
Put the sweet potato leaves into the bottom of the pot, and put half a bowl of water in the pot,
9.
Put the pork belly on the sweet potato leaves and spread out some water on the marinated meat
10.
Press the steaming key in the pressure cooker and it will be ready when the time is up.
Tips:
1 The meat should be marinated well, otherwise it is not tasty enough.
2 I like to make steamed meat powder at home, but it is also sold in supermarkets and markets. Some have salt in it, so less salt should be added when marinating the meat.
3 Don't press the meat when putting it in the pan, try to put it gently
