Steamed Pork

Ingredients: Jiang rice, green onion, sliced ginger, pepper, cinnamon, star anise, fermented bean curd, Pixian watercress, and pork belly, soak in clean water for ten minutes to remove blood and then cut into slices.

Add star anise, cinnamon, and Chinese pepper in a wok and stir-fry until light yellow.

Use a food processor to smash into rice noodles with spices.

Streaky pork with cooking wine, light soy sauce, fermented bean curd juice, salt, Pixian watercress, green onion, ginger, mix well and marinate for half an hour.

Soak the rice noodles in water for a while.

Dip each piece of meat with rice noodles and place them in a steaming bowl.

Put it in the steamer.

Cover, turn to medium heat and steam for one hour.

The steamed meat is mature.
