Steamed Pork
1.
Pour the steamed meat powder into the basin
2.
Meat with chili sauce and mix well
3.
Dip the meat slices evenly on the steamed rice noodles
4.
Steam the whole meat in a pot for about an hour, or pressure cooker for half an hour
5.
Sprinkle with chopped green onion after serving
Tips:
The pure lean meat I use can also be pork belly or spare ribs. The meat is best cut into slices.
