Steamed Pork
1.
Prepare half-fat pork belly cuts, not too thick or too thin.
2.
Add appropriate amount of oyster sauce, soy sauce, edible oil, salt, chicken essence, cooking wine, and marinate for a delicious taste. The specific time depends on the individual, preferably no less than half an hour.
3.
Put more oil in a non-stick pan and coat the pork belly with steamed meat powder.
4.
Fry yellow on both sides over medium and small fire.
5.
Put potatoes or pumpkin in the bottom of the bowl to absorb oil.
6.
Put the fried meat on it.
7.
I use an electric pressure cooker to cook rice below and steam meat on top. According to the standard rice function, it steamed for 25 minutes.
8.
The steamed pork is soft and not greasy. Sprinkle with chopped green onion and coriander for garnish.
9.
We have steamed and eaten now, we don't have chopped green onion and so on. Let's just start steaming it!
Tips:
The first step in making steamed pork with rice noodles is to grind rice noodles, stir-fry and grind them. It is a little troublesome to make them at home. This time I will be a little lazy and sell ready-made rice noodles from the supermarket. The whole process is much simpler. But the taste is not inferior at all!
