Steamed Pork

Stir-fried Jiang Mi with star anise, cinnamon and pepper to light yellow

Use a grinder to make rice noodles with spices

Prepare fermented bean curd juice, Pixian watercress, green onion, sliced ginger

Wash the pork belly, soak for 20 minutes to remove blood, and cut into strips. Add cooking wine, light soy sauce, fermented bean curd juice, salt, Pixian watercress, green onion ginger and marinate for half an hour

Add rice noodles

Add a small amount of water and mix evenly (so that each piece of meat is covered with rice noodles)

Take a bowl, place the pork belly skin down and place them in order

Put the green onion and ginger on top

Put it in a pot, bring to a boil, turn to medium heat and steam for about an hour
