Steamed pork with powdered rice, under normal circumstances, I would use spare ribs for steaming, because everyone can’t eat too greasy food. Relatively speaking, spare ribs are thinner and steamed is more popular. But one time I took Xiaobao to a table at a relative’s house. There is a bowl of pork belly steamed with pork belly, and there are pickles underneath. The oily water looks thick. I thought the little guy would not watch it. Whoever wanted the whole table to be tempted by this, he never eats meat. Xiaobao actually ate two large slices of meat that day. Okay, I tried one at home in order to get what I wanted, but I still didn’t make it too fat, I had to be healthy while eating delicious, ha ha!

Tips:

1. The pork belly should be slightly fatter so that the steamed pork is more fragrant and moist.
2. When the pressure cooker jumps to the heat preservation state, it is better to simmer for half an hour
3. The potatoes below can be replaced with pumpkins or sweet potatoes that you like to eat
