Steamed Pork

Prepare the ingredients.

Cut the pork belly into thin slices, peel the pumpkin and cut into thick slices, chopped green onion, and mince ginger.

Add appropriate amount of salt, sugar, cooking wine, soy sauce and oyster sauce to the pork belly, and marinate for more than half an hour.

Coat the marinated pork belly evenly with steamed pork rice noodles.

Pumpkin pallet bottom.

Spread the marinated meat on the pumpkin. (I put the extra pumpkin around the meat)

Put it in a pot and steam on high heat for about 40 minutes.

Just sprinkle with chopped green onion when serving.
Tips:
1. There is salt in the steamed pork rice noodles, so you can add salt as appropriate when marinating.
2. You can also replace pumpkins with potatoes, taro, etc.
3. You must use pork belly to make it more fragrant. You can also replace it with ribs, beef, or lamb.
