Steamed Pork

Stir-fry the glutinous rice with star anise until golden brown without putting oil in a dry pan.

Beat into a semi-granular shape with a food processor.

Cut the meat into thin slices, add salt, cooking wine, dark soy sauce, and red yeast rice powder, mix well and marinate for 2 hours.

Mix the rice noodles and pork slices well.

Put the pressure cooker to steam for one hour.
