Steamed Pork

1. Stir-fry the glutinous rice with star anise until golden brown without putting oil in a dry pan.

2. Beat into a semi-granular shape with a food processor.

3. Cut the meat into thin slices, add salt, cooking wine, dark soy sauce, and red yeast rice powder, mix well and marinate for 2 hours.

4. Mix the rice noodles and pork slices well.

5. Put the pressure cooker to steam for one hour.

6. It's delicious!

Tips:
