Steamed Pork Belly with Dried Cowpea and Rice Noodles

1. Prepare rice noodles.

2. Soak dried cowpeas in water in advance to soften.

3. Wash and cut pork belly.

4. Put the pork belly in a bowl, add oil, ginger, soy sauce and salt, mix and marinate for 20 minutes.

5. The marinated pork is coated with rice noodles.

6. Then mix the soaked dried cowpeas.

7. Put an appropriate amount of water in the pressure cooker, put it in the steaming rack, and place the rice noodle meat bowl on the steaming rack.

8. Close the lid and set a timer for 20 minutes.

Tips:
